Yard Attendant / Car Jockey – Service and Sales Departments

We are looking for a Yard Attendant / Car Jockey to support the service and sales departments and ensure the smooth operation of the yard, while providing quality customer service and operational support to the team.

Main Responsibilities

• Transport and escort customers (shuttle) to their home or workplace.
• Move, park, and arrange vehicles in the yard and showroom, ensuring order and presentation.
• Inspect transported vehicles for damages or theft and promptly report any incidents.
• Keep the yard clean and well-organized; ensure vehicle availability and accessibility.
• Make trips to other dealerships or partners as needed (internal logistics).
• Provide professional customer service and support service and sales teams as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Sought

• Excellent customer service skills and good communication abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
• Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability regarding schedules.
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license; manual driving experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Teamwork and autonomy when necessary.
