We are seeking an HR Expert to support our automotive dealership clients with diverse HR mandates that are strategic and operational. You will act as a trusted partner with owners, general managers, and managers, helping to structure and improve their HR practices with practical solutions tailored to the field.
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with dealership leaders and managers to define and implement high-value HR plans.
- Deploy solutions covering the entire HR spectrum: recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, management coaching, HR policies, job descriptions, compliance, performance management, social climate, training and development, total compensation, and retention.
- Support periods of growth, change, or reorganization with pragmatic and measurable approaches.
- Analyze existing HR practices, propose areas for improvement, and oversee their implementation.
- Act as a key contact for owners, leaders, and managers, with a customer-centric and results-oriented approach.
Profile sought
- Relevant education in human resources, industrial relations, administration, or related field; significant HR experience accepted.
- In-depth knowledge of how automotive dealerships operate (required).
- Proven experience in an HR consulting role, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Strong autonomy, good organizational skills, and professional judgment.
- Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with owners, leaders, and managers.
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach.
- Availability for occasional travel to client locations.
Recommended skills and experience
- Approximately 10 years of experience in human resources, ideally in HR coordination roles or equivalent.
