Your Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership of the branch: define a clear vision, motivate teams, and promote a healthy, safe, and high-performing work environment.
• Embody the company's culture and values in the field; promote collaboration, rigor, and respect.
• Manage all branch activities (operations, workshop, customer service, sales, administration, team management) to ensure a quality customer experience.
• Optimize operational and financial performance: analyze results, identify improvement levers, and implement concrete action plans.
• Train, coach, and develop team members’ skills; foster autonomy and accountability.
• Adopt a proactive, solution-oriented approach in daily management and business opportunities.
• Manage resources, equipment, and facilities with a focus on performance and safety.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure smooth operations, inventory management, and adherence to standards.

Profile Sought

• 5 to 7 years of experience in business management, including team management, productivity, customer service, procurement, and sales.
• Positive leadership, constructive attitude, and ability to mobilize and unite teams.
• Excellent management and communication skills; ability to influence and gain buy-in.
• Developed analytical skills enabling diagnosis and solution of operational issues.
• Team spirit, service orientation, and ability to build respectful and inclusive working relationships.
• Proficiency with computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of the PC/PR tire industry, mechanics, or accessories (an asset).

• Annual salary: $110,000 – $135,000, depending on experience.
