Position: Automotive Sales Advisor - Pneus GBM

Your role
You are the beacon that guides our customers and ensures an exceptional customer experience within the branch.
- Prepare quotes and issue purchase orders for our mining, heavy-duty, and OTR clients.
- Welcome and advise customers at the counter and over the phone.
- Manage billing and follow-up for tires with our commercial clients.
- Track work orders in the system.
- Record tire and parts inventory.
- Manage tools.
- Work collaboratively with the supervisor.
Desired profile
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with using multiple software and digital tools.
- Positive attitude, service-oriented, and team spirit.
- Knowledge of computer systems (Outlook, Office 365, etc.) and proficiency with digital tools.
- Ideally, experience in sales/customer service in the automotive/tire sector.
