Ste-Marie Automobiles is looking for a passionate and meticulous fleet sales secretary to enhance our dynamic team. If you are organized and have a keen eye for detail, we want to meet you. Previous experience in a dealership is essential.
Your Responsibilities
- Verification and Management: Ensure credit control in Dealertrack. Create and manage fleet contracts.
- Documentation: Register fleet vehicles via SAAQclic and prepare dedicated billing.
- Reports and Declarations: Report fleet sales to GM and claim discounts.
- Administrative Support: Contribute to regular office tasks and process sales files.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a sales secretary.
Software:
- Proficiency in SERTI - Administration
- Knowledge of EasyDeal - Sales
