Sales Director – Financing and Insurance (F&I) | Automotive

Important Information We are looking for a dedicated, rigorous, and customer service-oriented Sales Director to join our dynamic team. You will assist clients in choosing financing options, insurance, and complementary products, while providing a professional, transparent, and personalized purchasing experience.

Your main responsibilities

• Clearly present financing, insurance, and additional service options tailored to clients' needs.
• Manage credit applications with financial institutions and secure the best approval conditions.
• Negotiate financing and insurance terms to meet clients' needs.
• Ensure the compliance of files and adherence to legal and regulatory obligations.
• Promote insurance products and other value-added services.
• Handle financial documents accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver high-quality service and customer experience.

Daily tasks

• Complete sales, financing, and rental files.
• Submit credit applications and follow up with financial institutions.
• Handle vehicle registration and payment processing.
• Collect deposits and issue receipts.
• Verify sales contracts and ensure their compliance.
• Ensure vehicle financing and insurance fees are correctly deducted.
• Manage vehicle financing and leasing according to financial institutions' standards.
• Conduct teleprospecting and email activities.
• Participate in business development and customer satisfaction.

Candidate profile

• Experience: minimum of 3 years as a Financial Services Manager, ideally in automotive or a similar role.
• Knowledge: solid understanding of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
• Skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualities: analytical mindset, organizational skills, team spirit, and strong attention to detail.
• Software: proficiency in Merlin (Sales) and SERTI (Administration) or equivalent tools.
• Languages: fluent in French (spoken and written); English is an asset.
