Director of Financial Services – Léveillé Ford, Saint-Jérôme

A rapidly expanding Ford dealership located in Saint-Jérôme is seeking a Director of Financial Services to oversee the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties. Central to our customer approach, you will promote simple, transparent solutions focused on the well-being of both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the team responsible for selling insurance, loans, and automotive warranties; propose tailored solutions for each client.
• Define and achieve revenue goals while ensuring an impeccable customer experience and maintaining professional ethics.
• Train, supervise, and motivate advisors to develop their skills and improve their performance.
• Oversee sales processes and ensure compliance and transaction quality.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Service departments to provide a seamless and coordinated customer experience.
• Monitor results, prepare straightforward reports, and present progress to management.
• Participate in staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop internal and external partnerships to optimize the range of financial products offered.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in selling financial products and/or managing a team in the automotive or insurance sector.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and the ability to make clear decisions.
• Customer service orientation and integrity.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly.
• Knowledge of financial products and auto financing practices (an asset).
