Our dealership emphasizes an exceptional customer experience and a high-performing team. We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our Financial Services and develop the offerings of insurance, loans, and automobile warranties.

Role Objectives

• Supervise the team responsible for the financial solutions offered to customers and oversee the insurance, loan, and warranty programs related to vehicle purchases.
• Define and achieve sales and service goals in collaboration with the sales team and financial partners.
• Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurers to obtain favorable conditions for our customers and dealership.
• Ensure clear and ethical communication of financial options, avoiding jargon, and maintain transparency of information shared with clients.
• Oversee the training and professional development of the team, promote continuous improvement, and ensure an optimal customer experience throughout the process.
• Monitor performance indicators, prepare reports, and participate in the development of the financial services budget.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities related to auto financing, insurance, and warranties offered to customers.
• Work with sales teams to offer tailored solutions and maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up on client files to ensure speed, accuracy, and compliance throughout the financing and insurance process.
• Ensure compliance with laws, internal rules, and dealership policies concerning financial services.
• Train and supervise the team on sales practices, file handling, and relationships with financial partners.
• Develop and maintain local partnerships with insurers and lenders.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling automotive-related financial services (insurance, loans, warranties) or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in team management and skills development.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to clearly explain financial options without jargon.
• Analytical mindset, organized, and capable of achieving goals while maintaining quality customer service.
• Business acumen, integrity, and ability to collaborate with other departments.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of English would be an asset.
