Financial Services Director – New Vehicles

Ste-Foy Toyota, part of the Saillant Group, is seeking a Car Financial Services Director to join our sales team and help maximize dealership revenue.

Key Information

• Location: Ste-Foy, Quebec
• Position type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week; day and evening shifts as needed
• Compensation: base salary + commissions/bonuses

Your Mission

Within the sales team, you will oversee the financial activities related to the sale of new vehicles by proposing and presenting financing and insurance programs, as well as other tailored after-sales services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financing requests and offer options (financing, life and health insurance, protections, service plans) while clearly explaining terms to promote product sales.
• Explain in detail the service modalities and policies of the manufacturer and dealership to clients.
• Prepare and sign documents related to vehicle sales and leases; act efficiently when required.
• Register vehicles via SAAQclic.
• Conduct standard checks on purchased or traded-in vehicles via RDPRM and communicate results to the sales manager and/or controller.
• Ensure the accuracy of information on the sale or lease contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management (automotive sector a plus)
• DES (Diploma of Specialization in Education) or equivalent, or relevant combination of studies and experience
• Valid driver’s license
