Mazda Joliette Inc. is seeking a Director of Financial Services dedicated to the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties to support its new vehicle sector.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead financial activities related to the sale of new vehicles and oversee the offering of financial products to customers.
- Design and monitor insurance, financing, and warranty programs offered by the dealership, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and profitability.
- Work closely with sales teams and customer service to optimize the purchasing experience and customer satisfaction.
- Present financial options and related protections transparently and tailored to each customer's profile.
- Supervise administrative processes and documents related to financing and insurance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Analyze department performance and propose corrective actions or improvements to meet objectives.
- Promote a culture of impeccable service and compliance within the team.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the sale of financial products, ideally in the automotive sector or a related field.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Leadership qualities and team spirit, with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
