Financial Services Director – Saint-Jean Group

Join a dynamic team and take charge of financing and insurance activities for vehicle sales and rentals, in a high-volume environment. You will ensure operational excellence and compliance with the requirements of financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the financing and insurance process for sales and rental transactions.
• Manage credit applications: collection, verification, and validation according to financial institutions' standards.
• Prepare, review, and validate sales contracts and financing documents; ensure their compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure the delivery of documents, signatures, payment and down payment processing, and issue receipts.
• Develop business and prospect through phone and email; follow up and foster customer loyalty.
• Ensure the collection of financing and insurance fees and the deduction of charges in accordance with procedures.
• Arrange vehicle financing and leasing according to financial institution standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and financial and insurance partners to optimize results.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role; ideally in automotive financial services. At least 2 years as a Financial Services Director or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Qualities: organization, team spirit, analytical skills.
• Additional skills: rigor, customer service orientation, ability to handle a high volume of files.
