Financial Services Manager – Car Dealership | Montreal

About the position We are seeking a passionate and experienced Financial Services Manager to oversee the financial services of a car dealership. You will collaborate with the sales team to propose tailored financing solutions and optimize revenues related to financial services, while ensuring compliance and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the financial strategy for financing services to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Supervise, train, and support the team on financing procedures and policies.
• Analyze financial performance and produce regular reports for management.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with financial institutions to offer competitive financing options.
• Ensure compliance of financial operations with current regulations and internal standards.
• Manage the vehicle financing and leasing process, from application receipt to file validation.
• Ensure accuracy of financing and insurance fees and their collection.
• Collaborate with the sales team to present financial products and services and follow up with clients.
• Optimize internal procedures and promote continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: at least 1 year in a similar position within the automotive industry.
• Skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, priority management, problem-solving, analytical mindset.
• Knowledge: automotive financing products and regulatory requirements.
• Personal qualities: proactive, customer-oriented, rigorous, autonomous.

Skills and Tools

• Software: SERTI (Administration) and Activix (CRM) or equivalents.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
