Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and efficiently complete sales and lease forms
• Develop business opportunities and optimize income related to financing and insurance
• Ensure delivery of documents and signature of contracts
• Collect payments and manage transactions according to procedures
• Evaluate and process credit requests
• Collect deposits and issue receipts
• Review and optimize sales and financing contracts
• Conduct telemarketing and email prospecting
• Follow up with and retain customers
• Ensure the accuracy of financing and insurance fees collected
• Manage vehicle financing and leasing within the standards of financial institutions

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (Financial Services Director)
• Ideally, experience in the automotive industry
