Director of Automotive Financial Services

Location: Longueuil (South Shore of Montreal)

Context and Objective of the Position

Join a dynamic team and take charge of overseeing the financial activities related to vehicle sales and leasing. You will ensure compliance with the procedures of financial institutions while optimizing the customer experience and expanding the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle financing and leasing according to the standards of financial institutions.
• Prepare, verify, and review sales and leasing documents (forms, contracts).
• Obtain and verify credit applications; process sales files.
• Collect down payments, issue receipts, and ensure the deduction of financing and insurance fees.
• Follow the administrative and financial process through to case closure.
• Business development: prospect by phone and email; develop and retain the client portfolio.
• Customer service: ensure prompt and professional handling of requests and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with standards and the legality of operations.

Profile Sought

• Required experience: 1 year as Director of Financial Services (or equivalent position) in the automotive sector.
• Technical skills: good command of office tools and sector-specific applications (see below).
• Personal qualities: Dynamic, Efficient, Positive; customer-oriented; rigorous and organized; strong interpersonal skills.
