About the position
Hyundai Drummondville is seeking an experienced Financial Director / Credit Agent to complete its team. If you are motivated, customer service-oriented, and ready to take on new challenges, you might be the ideal candidate for this position.
Responsibilities
- Advise and assist clients in the financing and leasing process, ensuring an ethical and compliant deployment.
- Manage financing and leasing requests and optimize agreements in the best interest of clients and the dealership.
- Maximize each transaction while respecting manufacturer standards and internal goals.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and operational performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient workflow and a consistent customer experience.
- Work in a bilingual setting (French and English).
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager or sales director.
- Experience in automotive financial services is an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, and customer service focus.
- Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
- College diploma (DEC) preferred (asset).

- Salary: $75,000 to $175,000 per year
