Financial Services Manager – F&I

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Financial Services Manager to lead our F&I activities and support the commercial success of Mega Kia Brossard.

Your Responsibilities

• Propose and sell all F&I complementary products and services to our customers
• Coordinate financing and vehicle deliveries
• Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with financial institution standards
• Define and monitor F&I KPIs, prepare analysis and reports
• Train, supervise, and motivate the F&I team
• Provide exceptional customer service and optimize customer satisfaction

Desired Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Services Manager or equivalent position (references required)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• Customer service and performance oriented
• Available to work 1 Saturday every 2 weeks
• Pre-employment required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with computer tools and F&I software

Main Tasks

• Efficiently complete sales and leasing forms
• Business development
• Deliver documentation and obtain signatures
• Handle payments during transactions
• Obtain and verify credit applications
• Collect deposits and issue receipts
• Review sales contracts
• Make phone/email inquiries
• Customer follow-up
• Ensure financing and insurance fees are collected
• Manage vehicle financing and leasing according to financial institution standards

Experience

• 2 years as a Financial Services Manager (or equivalent position)
