We are looking for a dynamic and committed Financial Services Director to join the Mega Kia Brossard team. In this strategic role, you will oversee all financial operations of our dealership, develop accurate financial analyses, and guide our team towards optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently complete sales and lease forms
• Business development
• Management of documentation and signatures
• Handling payments during transactions
• Obtaining and verifying credit applications
• Managing deposits and issuing receipts
• Reviewing sales contracts
• Telephone and email solicitation
• Customer follow-up
• Ensure the collection of financing and insurance fees
• Manage vehicle financing and leasing in compliance with financial institution standards

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Financial Services Director

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Use of SAAQClic
• General computer skills
