Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize financial activities related to vehicle sales and warranties.
• Manage customer financing: evaluate requests, prepare and verify documents, transmit information, and adhere to financial institutions' procedures.
• Build and maintain a trusting relationship with clients; explain product features and benefits; negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
• Collaborate with delivery and accounting departments to ensure smooth processes.
• Business development: prospect via phone and email, follow up with clients, and handle objections.
• Ensure compliance with administrative and financial standards (financing and insurance fees, contractual documents, etc.).
• Prepare and review sales and leasing documents; manage deposits, receipts, and signatures.

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree in Commercial Management or equivalent experience in auto financing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Finance Services Manager or similar role.
• Sales and customer service aptitude; excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• Team spirit and professional attitude.
• Proficiency or familiarity with tools: Dealer Track, Desk IT, Google Sheets, CDK, DealerSocket (an asset).
