Job Offer: Financial Director – Auto Financing and Insurance

Your Main Responsibilities

• Support clients after the sale and present financial and protection products (insurance, warranties, related services).
• Analyze and process credit applications; negotiate and structure financing arrangements.
• Ensure compliance of contracts and documents related to financing and leasing.
• Maximize F&I profitability on each transaction and follow up with financial institutions.
• Work closely with sales managers and advisors.
• Achieve and monitor performance targets (reports and indicators).
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and financial partner requirements.
• Manage or oversee administrative aspects related to financing and leasing.

Profile Sought

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile financing (F&I) or a related field.
• Ability to clearly present financial products and advise a diverse clientele.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and document management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team spirit.
• Knowledge of credit procedures and financial institution standards; proficiency with common computer tools (CRM, financing tools).
• Fluency in French (English is an asset).
