Sales Advisor – New and Used Cars
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Advisor to join our dealership.
The Role
Support customers from the first contact to delivery by providing a professional, efficient experience focused on customer satisfaction and closing the sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and quickly establish a rapport of trust
- Identify needs and recommend the most suitable vehicles (new and used)
- Present vehicles, their features, and options
- Offer engaging and professional test drives
- Present financing options and current promotions
- Negotiate and close transactions
- Ensure thorough follow-up before, during, and after the sale
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Offer a personalized and superior customer experience
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales (new and/or used)
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Positive attitude and exemplary professionalism
- Competitive spirit and results orientation
- Autonomy, discipline, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
