The Role

Assist the customer from the first contact until delivery, offering a professional, efficient experience focused on customer satisfaction and closing the sale.

Key Tasks

• Welcome customers and quickly establish a trustful atmosphere
• Identify needs and recommend the most suitable vehicles (new and used)
• Present vehicles, their features, and options
• Conduct engaging and professional test drives
• Present financing options and current promotions
• Negotiate and close transactions
• Ensure rigorous follow-up before, during, and after the sale
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives
• Offer a personalized and high-quality customer experience
• Follow up with prospects and manage web inquiries
• Participate in the renewal and management of rental-related files
• Sales of new and used vehicles

Desired Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile sales (new and/or used)
• Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Positive attitude and exemplary professionalism
• Competitive spirit and results-oriented
• Autonomy, discipline, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
