Evening Receptionist – Longueuil Toyota (Student)

About the position

You are the first impression of the dealership and play a key role in the customer experience. Dynamic, smiling, and service-oriented, you ensure a warm and professional welcome at the end of the day.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet clients courteously and professionally
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Respond to general inquiries and guide customers as needed
• Maintain a receptionist presence at the end of the day
• Perform simple administrative tasks
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Total: 15 hours per week
