Mega Kia Brossard, one of Quebec’s leading Kia dealerships, is seeking a Director of Renewal and Fleet Accounts to support the growth of its client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients whose lease or financing contracts are nearing expiry
• Advise clients and suggest the best renewal options
• Develop and foster loyalty within the commercial and fleet account portfolio
• Conduct rigorous follow-ups to maximize renewal rates
• Detect and develop new business opportunities with regional companies
• Collaborate with Sales, Financing, and Service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain client files and follow-up activities in the CRM

profile sought:

• Experience in auto sales, business development, or B2B sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and customer service orientation
• Ability to work with targets and optimize results
• Experience with a CRM (Activix, Salesforce, or others) is an asset
