Key Responsibilities

• Wash and clean vehicles exterior and interior according to Honda standards and internal procedures.
• Vacuum the interior, dust and clean surfaces, interior and exterior windows, and treat carpets and seats according to current protocols.
• Apply maintenance and protection products (light polishes, plastic treatments, leather conditioning based on training) to restore vehicles to optimal aesthetic condition.
• Prepare vehicles for showroom presentation and after-sales service (photos, overall appearance check).
• Detect minor damages and report to the supervisor; maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum experience: 1 year in a similar role (detailer, washer, auto detailing) preferred.
• Knowledge of interior and exterior detailing products and techniques; good safety and environmental practices.
• Ability to work quickly while remaining meticulous; customer service orientation and team spirit.
• Good physical condition; ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Valid driver’s license (an asset); flexible schedule (days/evenings and sometimes weekends) depending on dealership needs.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and reliability.
