Automotive Detailer / Washer – Joliette Ford Lincoln (St-Jean Group)
Located in the heart of Joliette, the St-Jean Group is hiring a passionate Automotive Detailer / Washer to join the Joliette Ford Lincoln team. You will be one of the faces of our dealership and help create a positive and memorable first impression for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform exterior and interior washing and detailing of vehicles, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Inspect vehicles for potential damages and report maintenance needs to your supervisor.
- Use detailing equipment and products efficiently and safely.
- Build friendly and professional relationships with customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workshop operation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector or vehicle detailing.
- Attention to detail and passion for quality work.
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative within the team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.
- Availability during dealership hours.

- Application of wax and aesthetic treatments for paint and surfaces.
- Rust-proofing treatments and light polishing.
- Moving vehicles between departments and preparing vehicles for delivery (PDI).
- Interior and exterior washing of vehicles.
Experience and Licenses
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Automotive Detailer / Washer.
- Valid driver’s license.
