Deputy Sales Manager - Grenier Automotive

Job Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in the daily management of the department
- Assist and support the sales team in closing deals
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales representatives
- Ensure efficient and rigorous management of leads and client follow-up
- Actively participate in negotiations to support the teams
- Perform related tasks contributing to the department's performance
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Ability to motivate a team and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and results-oriented
