Job Mission Lead and coach the New Vehicles service team to achieve and exceed goals, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and optimal operational performance in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and motivate advisors to deliver impeccable customer experiences every day.
- Continuously train on qualification, objections, closing, customer experience, and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed the team’s sales targets.
- Be present on the showroom floor to support transactions and improve efficiency.
- Accurately and professionally assess trade-in vehicles (vAuto, market, actual condition).
- Negotiate while preserving the customer experience and respecting company standards.
- Manage files and CRM, ensuring quick and professional follow-ups.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust actions to correct the course if necessary.
- Foster a winning and collaborative culture where everyone strives to perform and grow.
- Participate in performance meetings and sales strategies.
- Ensure customer service standards are met and turn delicate situations into positive solutions.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience in auto sales and/or floor management; equivalent experience is an asset.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet (and exceed) targets.
- Impeccable integrity and honesty; your reliability is your superpower.
- Stress management and composure in operational contexts.
- Positive attitude, solution-oriented, capable of uniting the team.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Familiarity with industry tools (vAuto, CRM, Carfax) is an advantage.
- Operational proficiency in English to serve a diverse clientele.
- Availability evenings and Saturdays.
- Valid driver's license.
