Your responsibilities:

• Logistical and administrative management:

  • Vehicle registration
  • Monitoring the preparation of sold vehicles
  • Coordination and direct delivery of vehicles to customers

• Customer satisfaction and loyalty:

  • Ensure complete documentation and explain vehicle features to new owners
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure complete customer satisfaction

• Administrative support:

  • Various office tasks related to the sales department
  • Document production and communication with stakeholders

Desired profile:

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year as a sales secretary or delivery coordinator within a car dealership, a significant asset

• Skills and qualities:

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in French/English required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a team
  • Initiative, attention to detail, and rigor
  • Comfortable with numbers, dynamic, punctual, and a strong team player

• Technologies and tools:

  • Experience with SAAQClic, Dealertrack - F&I, Activix - CRM, PBS Systems
  • Valid driver’s license
