Credit Analyst – Ville-Marie Kia (Montreal)

Ville-Marie Kia is seeking a diligent and customer service-oriented credit analyst to support the sales team in analyzing and processing financing applications. You will play a key role in the customer experience by ensuring quick, accurate, and efficient handling of credit files, in collaboration with financial institutions and dealership departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit files and evaluate various financing options for each client.
• Prepare and transmit financing applications to partner financial institutions.
• Follow up on approvals and financing conditions.
• Collaborate with sales advisors and managers to propose the best solutions.
• Verify the accuracy and compliance of documents; maintain complete files that meet lender requirements.
• Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to clients.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in optimizing credit processes to improve processing times.

Desired Profile

• Experience in credit analysis, financing, or administration; automotive sector experience is an asset.
• Good knowledge of financing products and lenders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize; strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of dealership software (Serti, Activix, Merlin, or equivalent) is an asset.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant education in finance, administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum recommended experience: about 2 years in finance or credit-related positions; automotive sector experience is appreciated.
