Job Description
Purchasing and Supply Coordinator

Your responsibilities
- Monitor orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Manage the processing and verification of supplier invoices and ensure their compliance.
- Validate invoices against receipts and intervene in case of discrepancies for correction.
- Track anomalies with suppliers and maintain data accuracy.
- Participate in managing receipts and monitoring pending files.
- Follow purchase orders from creation to follow-up, ensuring their coherence with needs.
- Keep tracking tools up to date for clear visibility of orders and ongoing commitments.
- Rigorously monitor supplier credits to be received.
- Contribute to analysis and reporting (inventory, sales, discrepancies) to support operations.
- Act as a reference point for internal requests related to procurement (availability, delays, order status).
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and support the purchasing department.
Profile sought
- 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics.
- Ability to handle a high volume of transactions and follow-up.
- Proficiency in IT tools, especially ERP systems and Excel (intermediate level).
- Rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and effective follow-up with suppliers and internal teams.
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and good analytical skills.
