Sales Director - F&I

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Sales Director - F&I to join our dynamic team. You will assist clients in their financing and insurance choices and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Present financing and insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Obtain financing from approved lenders and negotiate terms.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Propose and explain extended warranties, insurance products, and other value-added services.
• Handle financial documents accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with salespeople to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize sales processes.

Desired Profile

• Proven experience in a similar F&I position (preferred).
• Good understanding of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to clearly explain complex financial products.
• Attention to detail and impeccable organization.
• Proficiency with relevant software and systems; knowledge of automotive financing tools is a plus.
