Call Center Agent – Automotive Service
Location: Terrebonne, Quebec
Grenier Automotive is looking for a Call Center Agent to join its team and contribute to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the service department (mechanical)
- Manage incoming service calls and provide first-level support
- Make outbound calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.)
- Provide multichannel customer service (chat and Web request follow-up)
- Collaborate with the mechanical team
- Perform other related service tasks as needed
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in automotive mechanical service (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities
- Proficiency with office tools and call center applications (an asset)
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: CAD 18.00 to 20.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses
