Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair gasoline, hybrid, and electric vehicles
• Perform preventive inspections and fine-tuning according to Ford standards
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure optimal workshop productivity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Technical Skills and Related Tasks

• Diagnosis and repair of gasoline engines
• Diagnosis and repair of anti-pollution systems
• Diagnosis and repair of hybrid and electric vehicles
• Diagnosis and repair of air conditioning/heating systems
• Diagnosis and repair of gasoline injection systems
• Electrical and electronic diagnosis and repair
• ECM/PCM/ECU programming
• Suspension and steering repair
• Hydraulic braking system repair and maintenance

Profile Sought

• DEP in automotive mechanics or equivalent experience
• Team spirit, rigor, and attention to quality work
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of workshop quality and safety standards (an asset)
