Job Description
You will diagnose and repair vehicles accurately, working closely with the team to meet the needs and expectations of our customers. You will ensure precise diagnostics, compliant repairs, and top-level customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all services performed and maintain accurate and transparent records.
- Clearly explain problems and repairs to clients, offering exemplary service.
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously develop your technical skills.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Intervene in the following areas as needed:
- Gas engine
- Anti-pollution systems
- Hybrid or electric vehicles
- Air conditioning and heating
- Injection and electrical/electronic systems
- ECM/PCM/ECU programming
- Suspension and steering
- Hydraulic braking
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic or technician in a dealership or service center.
- Relevant professional certification (journeyman mechanic or equivalent) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with Subaru or Japanese vehicles is appreciated but not essential.
