The Position

• Location: Joliette, Beaudry Street
• Employment type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Hours: Monday to Friday; during quieter periods, half-day Fridays off
• Overtime pay: time and a half

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and repair vehicles
• Perform preventive maintenance and technical revisions
• Mounting tires and wheels; repairing suspension and steering; maintaining hydraulic braking systems
• Electrical and electronic diagnosis and repair
• Collaborate with technical advisors and the manager to ensure high-quality service
• Keep a clean and safe workspace; adhere to health and safety standards

Desired Profile and Requirements

• DEP in automotive mechanics
• Level 3: Automotive mechanic / Apprentice mechanic
• Experience: depends on level (beginners acceptable for training; minimum required for the position according to level)
• Qualities: team spirit, rigor, customer service mindset, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot failures
