Job Description
Deputy Sales Manager - Acura Montreal Centre
Acura Montreal Centre is undergoing a transformation, having recently joined the Action Grenier Autogroupe group. In this context, we are looking for a Deputy Sales Manager to support our new dynamic and ambitious administration.
Main responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in managing and streamlining the department
- Support the team in closing transactions
- Train, supervise, and motivate sales advisors
- Handle customer engagements to close sales (TO)
- Distribute and follow up on leads
- Support representatives during negotiations with customers
- Ensure sales targets are met and team performance is maintained
- Perform any other related tasks associated with the role
Key operational tasks
- Closing sales (Closing / TO)
- Commercial fleet sales
- Exchanges between dealerships
Desired profile
Minimum requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in management or leadership roles (a significant advantage)
- Leadership, organizational skills, and team spirit
- Results-oriented and customer service focus
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of the closing process and lead management
- Proficiency with CRM tools and negotiation techniques
