Automotive Mechanic Apprentice – Apprenticeship

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Mechanic Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry while working under the supervision of qualified professionals. As an apprentice, you will develop the essential skills and techniques to succeed in your automotive mechanics career.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced mechanics in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks)
• Help install parts and components under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
• Learn to use diagnostic tools and equipment
• Participate in training sessions to improve your knowledge and skills

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Have at least a first-year apprentice card (CPA)
• A basic understanding of vehicle systems is an asset (but not mandatory)
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods

Schedule and Compensation

• Schedules:
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Salary: From $53,000 per year
