Job Description

• Schedule and manage mechanical service appointments
• Confirm appointments and handle modifications
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.)
• Provide multi-channel customer service (phone, chat, web inquiries)
• Collaborate with the mechanical team to optimize scheduling
• Perform other related tasks as needed

Profile Sought

• Experience in customer service (an asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with good time management
• Proficient in computer tools and scheduling systems (CRM or equivalent)
• Fluent in French; English is an asset
