Job Description
Appointment Scheduler – Grenier Automobile (Terrebonne)
Join our dynamic team at Grenier Automobile and participate in optimizing customer service and operations within the service department.
Main Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage appointments for the service department.
- Confirm appointments and make follow-up calls.
- Respond to incoming service calls.
- Make outbound calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.).
- Collaborate with the mechanical department team.
- Perform, as needed, other related tasks associated with the position.
Profile Sought
- Experience in automotive mechanical service is an asset.
