Accounting Technician – Automotive Sector

A rigorous and dynamic finance team is seeking an Accounting Technician to ensure smooth collaboration between the accounting department and other departments.

Your Role

• Manage deposits and inter-company re-invoicing.
• Supervise customer and supplier accounts according to the “3-way match” method.
• Record sales (calculations and entries).
• Actively participate in monthly closing.
• Collaborate with managers of other departments to maintain effective communication.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting (clerk/accounting technician).
• Proven experience with SERTI (SDS) systems and high-volume management.
• Experience with Honda (E-Biz) and Yooz is an advantage or demonstrate a quick learning ability.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas and macros).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of taxes, debits/credits, and impacts on the general ledger.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication in French and English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Motivated to integrate, learn, and grow within the group.
